Welcome to Diki! A passion project for the DnD world created by all of us.

Start by making an account:

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

1. Look to the top-right corner of the screen. 2. Click on Log in. 3. On the login screen, click the link that says: Create an account

If you do not see this option, account creation may be restricted. In that case, contact an administrator.

Step 2: Fill Out the Registration Form

When the account creation page loads, you will be asked to provide:

• Username – The name that will identify you on the wiki
• Password – A secure password of your choosing
• Email address – Optional, but recommended for password recovery
• Real name – Optional and public; leave blank unless needed

If CAPTCHA challenges appear, complete them to prove you are not an automated bot.

Step 3: Submit and Confirm

Click the Create your account button.

Depending on the wiki’s settings:

• Your account may activate immediately, **or**
• It may require approval from an administrator before you can log in

If approval is required, you will be notified once your request has been reviewed.

Step 4: Logging In

Once your account is active: 1. Return to the Log in page 2. Enter your username and password 3. Press Log in to access your account

After logging in, your username will appear at the top of the page. You now have access to your user profile and may be able to edit pages depending on your permissions.

Password Recovery

If you forget your password: 1. Go to the Log in page 2. Click Reset your password 3. Enter the email associated with your account

A link will be emailed to you (if email is enabled on the wiki).

User Permissions

Permissions on the wiki may vary. Common roles include:

• User – Basic editing and page creation
• Autoconfirmed user – Granted additional privileges after a short period
• Administrator – Page protection, deletion, and user management

If you need higher permissions, contact the administrator.

Tips for New Users

• Create a personal page at User:YourUsername to introduce yourself
• Review any community guidelines
• Use the Talk pages for discussion and collaboration
• If you break a page accidentally, don’t worry — all edits can be undone
