== Deities ==
The deities of the Apotheon Creed are broken up into three classes. The Apotheons are those gods who were once mortals, and ascended to divinity through Apotheosis. The Begotten are the children of Apotheons, beings who have only ever known divinity, though often take on aspects of their Apotheon progenitors. Finally, the Exalted are lesser or demigods, chosen by an Apotheon or Begotten for their devotion to an ideal or great deeds and imbued with a fraction of their patron's power. All three classes receive reverence, though are often prioritized by a specific Cult.
