Founding
Originally established by Leyarans who left the Hexarchy, the environment of the Blackened Wastes was not conducive to what they wanted to build. So the mage-builders created the Managlass dome to insulate their new creation from the harshness of their surroundings. Within this dome the Founders began to build their dream. Rather than the magically-casted society of the Hexarchy, the Founders set out to create an egalitarian state where every man is equal.
