The Auroran Sovereignty is the oldest of the standing kingdoms, with the city of Auroraea standing for all of written history. The "Golden Crown Above" sits atop the Gilded Plateau, high above the rest of the Veilands. The power of the Auroran Legions is well-known across the lands. The campaigns into the lands beneath are spoken about with praise and disdain, depending on who you speak to. However, the Legions have remained on their plateau ever since the conclusion of the Fourth War of Spear and Staff.
